Marketing Assistance: The technical ability to produce property flyers and offer memorandums as well as set up my weekly eBlast and property. Additionally, manage my monthly direct mail campaign of letters and occasional postcards
Transaction Coordination – Monitor listings and contracts from fruition to close which includes client updates, inspections, title coordination, keeping track of dates (option period, finance contingency, etc)., scheduling closing and ordering closing gifts
Contract Assistance – Update contracts, (based on template that has all info but price, legal description, etc), complete amendment changes to contract.
