Our Mission is to provide seamless remote administrative support with a focus on email and deal-flow management, helping to ensure smooth and efficient operations within a private equity investment firm, Hedge Funds, REITs.
1. **Email Management:** Effectively sort, prioritize, and respond to a high volume of emails, ensuring prompt and appropriate communication. Filter out irrelevant emails, flag important correspondences for executive attention, and maintain a well-organized email system.
2. **Deal Flow and Follow-ups:** Manage deal flow by keeping track of all transactions and follow-ups, ensuring all deals are progressing according to schedule. Identify and escalate potential bottlenecks or delays.
3. **Handling of Commercial Real Estate Transactions:** Leverage past experience to coordinate and manage commercial real estate transactions, including the submission and tracking of offers. Ensure all transactions adhere to compliance and industry standards.
4. **Proficiency in GPT-Chat:** Utilize GPT-Chat for efficient internal and external communication, document creation, and data analysis. Leverage the platform to improve productivity and communication within the team.
5. **Superior Google Drive Management:** Organize, manage, and retrieve documents and data on Google Drive. Ensure that all team members have the necessary access and that all data is properly secured.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather historical financial data related to manufacturing costs, including direct labor, overhead, materials, and other relevant expenses. Collect and analyze data on current manufacturing processes and performance metrics to establish a baseline for comparison. Collect data on cost structures of outsourcing providers.
- Model Development: Create a dynamic model that integrates financial, operational, and other data to demonstrate the impact of outsourcing. Calculate the realized savings from outsourcing efforts to understand historical performance. Forecast potential cost savings based on projected product demand. Develop a pro forma analysis to demonstrate what historical performance would have been if full outsourcing had been in place earlier. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that clearly communicate the findings of the model to various stakeholders.

- Attention to Detail: Able to maintain accuracy and thoroughness, ensuring high-quality outcomes even when managing multiple tasks.
- Technological Proficiency: Comfortable using and adapting to new technologies, with a particular focus on GPT-Chat and Google Drive. Experience with other industry-standard software or platforms is a plus.
