Our founder and Director of Operations at Acrebook, Prabhu Kumar, brings over 20 years of experience in both real estate and technology. With a career that spans across prestigious organizations like Citi, NYSE, Credit Suisse, New York Mellon Bank, Federal Reserve Bank of New York, US Govt Contractor, Hedge Funds, and Private Equity Firms, he has established himself as a leader in PropTech and real estate operations.

His journey began in the tech industry, where Prabhu worked for the past 20+ years as a software programmer, system engineer & architect in FinTech and PropTech industries with major banks in the US. Additionally, Prabhu is a licensed real estate agent and investor since 2017. It was through his diverse experiences that he gained deep insights into the unique challenges and opportunities within real estate technology.

In 2010, driven by his passion for bridging the gap between property management and technology, Prabhu Kumar founded Acrebook Real Estate Solutions. His vision was to create a company that not only offers efficient property management solutions but also leverages cutting-edge PropTech to help clients streamline their operations.
